If you want to remove an old computer from your storage, you can delete them only after they are marked as "inactive", which means that the computer has not connected to the KineticD servers for the last five days. To make a system inactive, you need to make sure that KineticD is not running on that computer.
In five days, you need to log into the web portal with your username and password and delete the system from your storage. Once you are logged onto the web portal, click on My Data on the left menu. Under Inactive Systems, place a checkmark beside the old system and click on delete. A page confirming the deletion will come up and click on delete again to permanently remove the system.
