Monitoring Data Backups

Simply by logging in your account through our website, you will be able to have access to a personalized Web Management portal. This enables you to monitor and manage all of your backup accounts from any computer on the Internet.

When you enter your username and password into the log in page, you will be brought to the My Data web portal. Under Active Systems, you will see all the computers you are backing up, with their last log in dates. If your computers are active and you want to back them up, make sure that the date listed next to the computer is current. If your computer has not backed up for five days or more (intentionally or not), it will be listed under Inactive Systems.

You can also browse through your data using the left-hand side Navigation Menu to check that all the important files are uploaded correctly and currently. When you click on a filename in the interface, you will be brought to the File Details page, which will show you the last date the file was modified on, and the last date it was backed up on. If your account is configured to save more than one version of each file, all the available versions will be listed under File Details.

As well, the web portal allows you to manage and delete all of your data. You can obtain a status summary of your backup accounts, browse to see detailed status in your backups, download files, share files, and access exclusive administrative account and partnership information.
