Once you register for the service, you will receive a Welcome email with a link to activate your account. Once activated, you will see a link to download and install the software. If you are having trouble receiving these emails, please White List KineticD.
If you have activated your account but have not yet installed the software, you can follow this procedure to install it on your computer:
- Logon to the web portal using your username and password.
- Click on Download at the left panel.
- Click on “Click here to download the application”.
- Choose Run or Open when prompted.
- Follow the instructions given by the Install Shield Wizard.
- During the installation process, you will be asked to select some popular folders for backup, such as your Documents and Outlook Email folders. If you do not wish to back them up, simply uncheck the appropriate boxes.
