If you have forgotten your password, you can use your security question and answer to change your password to a new one. When you go to the main login page for the web portal and click on the Forgot Your Password link, you will be able to enter your email address to have an automatic password reset email sent to that address. Then you can follow the instructions in the email and answer your security question to be on your way to accessing your account again.
If you are not receiving the automatic email, please complete the procedure to White List KineticD, and try to reset your password again.
