You can view the features of your backup client by double-clicking on the icon 
in the taskbar. (bottom right of the screen, beside the clock) The Backup client window will pop up and show you the Status of your backup.
Features of the Left Side Menu:
Reports: You can view the log file of your backup by clicking this. It will be helpful for troubleshooting.
Restore: You can use the backup client to restore your data. This is the recommended method when dealing with large amounts of data.
Clean Up: The Clean Up Wizard will search for orphaned folder/files that are deleted from your computer but still saved in your storage. You can launch this wizard to delete those data from your storage.
Backup Now: This will override all Suspend features and Block Out times in order to back up the most current versions of your data immediately.
Options: It's important to understand what these features mean and the effects they will have on your data backups. You can find more information about the features in each of the tabs of the Options window here:
Help: This will lead you to this Self-help website.
About: This will shows you the username, Machine ID, and the client version that you are currently running.
