Sometimes, a double system can be created if you reinstalled KineticD or reinstalled Windows on your computer.
Please do the following to solve the problem.
1. Right click on the KineticD diamond icon in the taskbar and hit Options.
2. Go to Folder selections and make sure that all the folders that you want to backup are selected for backup.
3. Under Options, turn the suspend feature off and then go to Blockout and make sure that the current timings are not checked.
4. If you have any data loss prior to last week that you want to recover, log onto the web portal and check that in the inactive copy of the system.
5. After the restore is done, right click on the KineticD diamond icon in the taskbar and hit Shutdown.
6. Now log onto the web portal and delete the inactive system. (Make sure that any data loss from the last week is already recovered)
