KineticD should launch automatically (you should able to see the KineticD icon down by the clock 
) when you start your computer. We do this with a shortcut in the Startup folder. Look in Start--> All Programs --> Startup. Click on the KineticD key if you do not see the KineticD icon in your taskbar. If KineticD is not listed there, it will not launch at when you start your computer. This is usually caused by anti-spyware programs preventing the shortcut from being created when you install the Backup Client.
To fix this, disable your anti-spyware software temporarily and then install the backup software again. When prompted, choose the Repair option. Once repaired, you can then turn your anti-spyware program back on. Please confirm that KineticD is listed in the Startup folder.
