This option allows you to choose hours during the week when backups will not be performed in order to avoid slowing down your computer and to give you more control over the backups on your computer. Simply select the hours that you want to avoid doing backups in by placing checkmarks in the appropriate boxes. The settings will take place once you click the Apply button.

The Block Out feature can be overwritten by the "Backup Now" button, located on the main screen of the Backup Client.
