If you are having trouble receiving the Welcome email or the Password Reset email, your internet provider might be blocking it as spam. To make sure that this is not happening, you need to simply add support@kineticd.com to your Address Book. If you're not sure how to do this, details for several common mail clients are below.

Outlook

On the menu bar, click on Tools and select Options. Choose the Preferences tab, and click on the Junk E-mail button. Choose the Safe Senders tab, and click on the Add button to the right. Type support@kineticd.com into the address bar, and click OK on all the open windows to save the settings.

Gmail

Click on Contacts on the right hand side navigation menu. Once you're in the contacts window, choose Create Contact on the top blue panel. Type support@kineticd.com into the Primary Email bar, and click Save.

AOL

Click on Mail on the menu bar, and select Address Book. In the address book screen, click the Add button on the bottom right. Type support@kineticd.com into the Other E-mail bar, and click Save. Close the address book window to save the settings.

Hotmail

Select Contacts from the options bar on the top, and choose Safe List on the left hand side menu. Type support@kineticd.com into the address bar, and click Add.

Yahoo Mail

Choose Addresses from the options bar on the top, and click on Add Contact. Type support@kineticd.com into the Email field, and click "Save".

Thunderbird

Click on Tools and select Junk Mail Controls. In the Settings tab, place a checkmark beside "Do not mark any messages as junk if the sender is in," and select the "Personal Address Book" option from the drop down menu to the right. Click OK. Now select Tools, and go to Address Book. On the dialogue box, click on New Card. Type support@kineticd.com into the Email field, and click OK.
