My System is Not Backing Up

If your system is not backing up, please go through the following steps to troubleshoot possible problems:

  1. Please ensure the diamond-shaped icon is present on your Windows taskbar, this signifies the software is open and running.
    • If the icon is present, please double click on it and make sure the Status Viewer window pops up.
    • If the icon is not present, please launch the Backup Client by using your Windows Start menu.
  2. Please make sure there is no error message displayed in the status bar:
  3. If the status bar appears to be frozen, please shut it down and re-launch the software again.
