My System is Not Backing Up
If your system is not backing up, please go through the following steps to troubleshoot
possible problems:
- Please ensure the diamond-shaped icon is present on your Windows taskbar, this signifies
the software is open and running.
- If the icon is present, please double click on it and make sure the Status Viewer
window pops up.
- If the icon is not present, please launch the Backup Client by using your Windows
Start menu.
- Please make sure there is no error message displayed in the status bar:
- If the status bar appears to be frozen, please shut it down and re-launch the software
again.
If none of the above is able to resolve your problem, please contact our support
team for further troubleshooting.
